2009 National Tire Safety Week Information and Data RMA's eighth annual National Tire Safety Week will be June 7-13, 2009. More than 20,000 tire and auto service outlets participated in 2008. RMA sponsored a survey that measured tire pressure in more than 5,000 vehicles in 14 cities. The results showed that 49% of the vehicles had at least one under inflated tire and only 10% had 4 properly inflated tires.
