Dr. Cannon was named President and CEO of RMA on May 29, 2008. Cannon has led the restructuring of RMA to become the singular voice of US tire manufacturers. He was inducted into the Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100 in 2010 in recognition of his leadership and the credibility of RMA in the Washington policy-making arena. |

Ms. Norberg directs all policy, technical and legal issues for the association. Her range of management responsibilities includes tire safety, environmental, worker safety policy development and advocacy. She represents the tire industry before federal, state and local agencies on issues of interest to the industry. Ms. Norberg holds a B.A. from Wellesley College and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. |

Mr. Zielinski is part of the senior management team for the association and oversees the government relations, media communications and market information program activities. He joined RMA in December 2000. Mr. Zielinski serves as the association's federal lobbyist to represent RMA before Congress and he supervises RMA's state government affairs efforts. Mr. Zielinski also manages media communications efforts in support the association's public policy advocacy efforts. In addition, he directs the group's consumer tire care and maintenance education program, "Be Tire Smart - Play Your PART." Mr. Zielinski has more than 20 years of public affairs experience that started on Capitol Hill where he served as a Press Secretary for two Long Island, New York congressmen. Following government service, Mr. Zielinski became the Media Relations Director for the American Insurance Association, a trade group representing property and casualty insurers. In that role, he directed national media outreach and developed strategy for state media relations efforts. Afterward, he worked at APCO Worldwide, a public affairs firm, where he provided public affairs and media relations counsel for a variety of business clients. Mr. Zielinski has a B.A. in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government from American University in Washington, D.C. |
